Your appointments are very important to Sabrina and they are reserved especially for you!  She understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, she respectfully requests at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Any appointment missed, canceled, or changed without 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to the reserved service amount.  The appointment may be taken off of a pre-paid package or charged individually.  Emergency absences will be considered on an individual basis.  When you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, she misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time.  Please understand this is a small business with overhead. Missed appointments add up quickly!!

 

As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically the day before your scheduled appointment by email and the day of by text message.  From the confirmation email, you have the option of the following without a charge:

-Reschedule, change, or cancel your appointment from your online account on MassageBook BEFORE the 24 hour window

-Call or text Sabrina at 712-898-0827 ANYTIME to leave a message.

-Please do NOT email Sabrina or reply to the confirmation email to cancel. Call or text instead 712-898-0827.
